2.1 Cashier
If you are playing
in Real Money Mode, click Cashier to deposit or withdraw
money. You can also view your entire transaction history
from inside the cashier.
2.1.1 Depositing
Money
There are five available
methods to deposit money into your Casino account: Credit
Card, Bank Draft, Wire Transfer and NETeller. You must register
your credit card(s) prior to depositing money in your account.
Note, if you have
pending withdrawals that are waiting to be processed, you
will be prompted when entering the Cashier's Deposit screen.
This serves to remind you that you may prefer to cancel a
pending withdrawal rather than making another deposit.
Registering a New
Credit Card
You must register
your credit card prior to depositing money. You will be prompted
to enter your personal details for registration with the secure
Casino Tropez server.
The Register New
Card dialog requires that you fill in the following information:

to reveal it to us or not. To find your credit cardÆs CVV2
number, refer to the last three numbers on the back of your
credit card:
2.1.2 Withdrawing
Money
You can withdraw
money from your Casino Tropez account at any time.

The Withdraw tab allows you to withdraw money from
your Casino account.

The Pending Withdraws tab allows you to display the
withdrawals you have requested. The Casino Tropez waits four
to five days before processing your withdrawal request. During
this time period, you can use this option to cancel your withdrawal
request and transfer the money back into your Casino Tropez
balance.
2.1.3 Transaction History
The Transaction
History allows you to view all financial transactions performed
through the cashier section of the casino. All withdrawals
and deposits, approvals and declines, using all available
methods, including COMP points to balance conversions, are
listed here. Select the desired range of dates and click the
View History button to perform a search.
2.1.4 Credit Card
Limitations
The Casino Tropez
is bound by the credit card companies own limitations and
can therefore only refund winning amounts to the player's
credit card up to the amount initially deposited using that
credit card. Account money that was not originally deposited
by credit card can be returned to the player via a bank draft
or wire transfer.
2.1.5 COMP program
COMPS (i.e., complementary
points) are rewards given to valued customers based on their
wagered amounts. You don't have to be a "high roller"
to earn COMP points.
Every Casino Tropez
player is automatically enrolled in the VIP Player Club where
you earn points with each bet you make -- regardless of whether
you win or lose. The points are granted based on the amount
you bet while playing. The higher your VIP level, the more
points you get for each $1 bet. You can accumulate these points
and then convert them to real money.
To view your
current COMP points:
1. Simply click
the Cashier button and select the Comp icon.
The window displays an up-to-date total of your points and
indicates how much money the points are worth. You will also
see the number of points you need to move into the next VIP
level.
2. When you're
ready to convert your COMP points to money, simply click the
Convert to real money button. The money is immediately
deposited into your casino account.
Note: COMP points
are paid out only on Real Money accounts.
